Custom Die Casting Manufacturing Solutions for Your Exact Needs

Lost foam casting (also known as full - mold casting) for cast iron involves creating a mold using a foam plastic (such as EPS) that matches the exact shape of the intended casting. This mold is then embedded in dry sand, and molten metal is poured directly into it. The molten metal displaces and vaporizes the foam mold, ultimately forming the casting. During the manufacturing process of cast iron parts in our factory, the cast iron materials used are mainly ductile iron and gray iron.

02 Aluminum Die Casting

Aluminum die-casting includes high-pressure (divided into hot-chamber and cold-chamber) and low-pressure processes. The cold-chamber die-casting is suitable for metal alloys with relatively high melting points such as aluminum, magnesium, and copper. It adopts a structure where the independent melting furnace is separated from the injection chamber, and pushes the molten metal into the mold cavity through a high-pressure plunger, which can generate relatively high injection pressure and realize the stable forming of complex structural parts. For aluminum alloy materials, the core molding process currently adopted by our factory is high-pressure cold chamber die casting.
